We would like to help change that by supporting employers to break down the barriers to providing work experience opportunities and paid employment to neurodiverse individuals. We are therefore offering a one day training course which aims to give employers a better understanding of the challenges faced by neurodiverse employees, and provides strategies aimed at supporting neurodiverse individuals in the workplace."
