Training/Assessment
We have significant experience of delivering a variety of training and assessment services predominantly, although not exclusively, to the waste management industry.
The core aim of South West Regional Assessment Centre is to provide excellent quality services at reasonable cost, within agreed and appropriate timescales. All training and assessment will be provided in a clear, no-nonsense and concise manner appropriate to the recipient.
This shall be achieved by:-
- Providing a friendly and professional response when contacted by telephone, e-mail, letter or in person.
- Sending out information within 3 days of request.
- Processing and registering candidates with the appropriate Awarding Body within reasonable and appropriate timescales.
- Identifying possible funding sources.
- Ensuring assessors mentor candidates and provide information and guidance where appropriate.
- Ensuring trainers, assessors and consultants operate at the highest standard through a system of continuing professional development.
- Investigating complaints promptly.
- Providing direct access to the Centre Manager or a Director at all times.
- Welcoming feedback from candidates, their employers, assessors and verifiers.
- Operating at all times an honorable business ethic policy.
Our philosophy in delivering courses is total respect for the candidate and costs which are extremely reasonable without sacrificing either the quality of the learning experience or the comfort of attendees.
