The Environment Agency requires waste management operators to have reasonable presence of an appropriately qualified Certificate of Technical Competence holder. Where your staff are absent due to holidays, ill-health, maternity leave or any other reason we are able to provide COTC holder cover for either short or long periods. We have staff available who can cover for the following facilities:-

- Treatment Facilities
- Transfer Facilities
- Composting Facilities
