Conference Suites

Merley House is an 18th Century manor house of architectural and historic importance. Located in a convenient, peaceful and beautiful location it is a conducive environment for all your business meetings and seminars.
Our offices are located within the beautiful Merley House and as a way of ensuring that the building is loved and used, we have made the state rooms available for you to hold all your business events.

On many occasions we have hired hotel rooms, only to find that they tend to be extremely expensive and then, on top, we have had to pay for the hire of technology and high prices for coffee and biscuits. With this experience in mind , we have set our prices at a very reasonable level which includes complementary use of extra equipment items. Additionally our set rate for hot drinks and coffee includes unlimited drinks and biscuits for your delegates.

The Conference facilities in Merley House consist of four main function & conference rooms, each of which are uniquely and individually designed, with most of the decorations going back to when the house was first built in the 1750’s.

The rooms available for your use are:-

  • The Drawing Room
  • The Dining Parlour
  • The Grand Entrance Hall
  • The Old Library
  • The Morning Room
  • The Old Nursery (located on first floor)
