Mission Statement

The South West Regional Assessment Centre is dedicated to sustainable corporate growth whilst delivering high quality vocational education services.  Central to our mission is the belief that all elements must be nurtured equally in a manner that commands the utmost respect for individuals in and outside our organisation and support the communities of which these individuals are a part.

Our mission consists of three interrelated elements:-

Product Mission

To deliver high quality vocational learning to all individuals through a philosophy of utmost respect regardless of ethnic, social or economic background together with the adoption of ethical and honest business practices.

Economic Mission

To operate the Company on a sustainable financial basis of profitable growth, increasing value for our stakeholders and expanding opportunities for development and career growth for our employees.

Social Mission

To operate the company in a way that actively recognises and respects the central role that individuals play within the activities of the business and to have appreciation for the part the company plays within the wider societies of employees, learners and other stakeholders.  To make every effort to ensure that individuals with any involvement with the Company feel valued in order that their experiences are positive.
